A Little Bird

Cartagena is a commune of the 5 th region of Chile, this is very famous for his beach of water very cold, for be the popular beach of the high society between 1890 and 1930, for be part of the “Litoral de Los Poetas” represented by Vicente Huidobro with his house nearby to train station of Cartagena, where also is his grave. But, the thing more important for me is the patrimonial houses, the castles, the old houses, and the train station between others. Exist several stories about everyone of this houses, but the important is that we have much of this houses abandoned product of the little importance of part of the people and municipality to take care of them. Personally, i like these houses a lot for their old structure with influence of different countries. I believe that is very important for the commune can recover it like part of the history of Cartagena. The subject that I most enjoyed this semester is "Social History of Chile", in this we can study the history of our country from one look more criticism. The main contents watched in this subject is the social movements, from the field to the city and the so far with the movements of students. In this class I take notes and read the texts that the professor give us. Also, I had a project of investigation with other four classmates to investigate about the women's identity and the influence of "Movimiento Pro-Emancipación de la Mujer Chilena (MEMCH)" in this change of identity. I like this subject because with this, we can think about everything because we have the information necessary for understand the events occurred during the history and can be opine with solid arguments. One of my favourites websites is “Trabajo-Social.es” ( http://www.trabajo-social.es/ ) this is a blog writed by J. Miguel Calvillo, he is a social worker and blogger. The blog is made by four sections: Interviews- Collaborations- Concepts-Social Innovation.  The first section is interviews, where social workers of diverse areas share with Miguel his mind through the questions that he realize. The second, is collaborations with other bloggers that share his posts with interesting topics of debate. The third is Concepts, in this section Miguel have posts of important “concepts” for the social area, and more important for the social workers. Finally, the fourth is Social Innovations is the section that more I like, because here you can find ideas and plans of innovations for made in the area that you want intervene. Today, i’m going to talk about my favourite band of music. Imagine Dragons is a american band of alternative rock, this group include four members that are Dan Reynolds (singer), Ben McKee (bearish), Wayne Sermon (guitarist) and Daniel Platzman (drummer). The study’s álbum most popular is “Nigth Visions” of 2012 with the song “It’s time” and “Radioactive”, this latter was the success of the year. I like this band because I love the style of rock and electronic that in much cases presents, also, because the group varies in his songs, so, is more interesting know the madness that they will create. Is very difficult for me choose only one song, because I love most them, but I started listen Radioactive and today I believe that one of my favourites is “Whatever It Takes” because I adore the rhythm that it haves and the breaks that Dan do with his voice.
